What happened to popeye . . .I Love popeye and his friends good or bad. It was a fun cartoon about bullies and how Bullies always get what is coming to them. [ I am not saying anything, about hurting,  anyone ]. I am saying  i liked the cartoon. Never understood a word popeye said,  but i always liked the outcome.
