I wanted to tell you something i thought was great, but then i sat and figured it was way to late.

I wanted to be a dancer or a singer, something to entertain, but then i figured i better learn math.

I wanted seven children but i only had three, they cut and burned my cords and tied them on me.

I wanted to join the army i thought that as really fine, but when i signed the papers it was for digging,  from nine to five.

I wanted to climb a mountain just to show i could, but when i parked the car, I stood at a thousand foot gutter.

I wanted to be the best at everything i did, so i am and i do nothing and i can’t get that wrong.
