DEPRESSION-UNWORTHY

Standard

Well there you go again . . .Laughing it up with your old friend.  Only this time you choose to rename it, calling it un-worthy. Well BULLY for you.  Cause now you have a new way to beat yourself up and think of all the ways you are not a WORTHY PERSON, thus counting,  all your ways,  wasting days and life away.

So what are you telling me? Are you telling me,  that, EVERYTHING IS WORTHY TO YOU? Even us,  who feel unworthy too.  Are we unworthy to you?   But you would not think of  this or even know this,  as you are flushed, deeply inside with only you. Sounds like it’s all unworthy to you, as now nothing else exist but you.

UNWORTHY DEPRESSION

  • Taking yourself out of any social life.
  • Walking around in wonder and thought.
  • Taking yourself away from your self.
  • Faulting yourself for events that were not pleasant for you.
  • You forget about children or family or friends.
  • Unworthy good for nothing thoughts.

Unworthy depression is six things out of hundreds you have stored in your mind, and you allow this old FRIEND, DEPRESSION, in again to help,  and play in your little schemes of de-worth-a-tising yourself.  But you figure why not . . .[Why not convince yourself that you are good for nothing], because the thing/things,  you have no control over,  is chewing at your mind, instead of moving on in life,  by making a new life or anything of the life you have. Oh . . .Wait a minute!  You think you are in no procession of a life because you forgot about you, in the name of Depression under the category of unworthy, shame on you.

So you sit or stand and wish things and wished you can change things or search for ways to put yourself down, because you think you should have, {done something different}.  WHY?  WHY is this a thing to do to yourself.  Don’t you know?  People do not understand or see Depressed people living in this mode, because un-depressed people do not know of these feelings to compare, that  a body is in need of help.

This of course can be compared to this not knowing of depressed feelings to knowing your never going to be KING/QUEEN. Which

means you never think about this in any way shape or forum. Unlike a depressed, unworthy, person, they are feeling,  every bit of emptiness, that can not be felt by any other human, except for of course another unworthy feeling person/people.

So that which is unseen or unfelt, is unknown. And when things go unknown, they are out of existence.

DEPRESSION           UNWORTHY

OF me,  of you . . .Of who . . .Who is unworthy to you, besides,  you. What is worthy to you. Because you want what you want, and can’t have it, you get depressed and give a phone call to unworthy.

And why should other people feel WORTHY,  not you! Who are they,  better than you!  Start wanting things you know you can have and stop wanting the things you know you can’t have.

SIMPLE . . .NOT! You need to help from yourself,  by talking to anyone who will listen! THEN YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO LISTEN BACK.

AND IF YOU WANT THEM TO EXCEPT WHAT YOU ARE TELLING THEM, YOU HAVE TO EXCEPT WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU.

Or don’t talk at all,  just go on thinking and chatting it up with your old  happy fun friend,  Depression-alias unworthiness/two.
