PLAYING IN THEDOGHOUSE WITH EXCERCISE

Playing in thedoghouse with exercise . . .

  • Take an ordinary children’s small ball or any ball for that matter.
  •  Stand where you can see a clock with a second-hand on it.
  • Bounce the ball off your finger tips for ONE MINUTE.

Do this for one half an hour every day until you can master this small but daring feat.  I bet you can not do it.
